HR support
Clients can sometimes feel a need for temporary additional input in HR-related matters. I take on these kinds of tasks myself. A project with a time frame and purpose is defined, and agreements are made about the number of hours.

Recent examples

• Project management of recruitment programmes: when many vacancies are to be filled simultaneously within a short period of time.
• Support with internal application procedures: as an external discussion partner with a more objective outlook. The Core Value Index test can also be used for this purpose if required.
• Support with reorganisations (process management, interviews).
• Local HR support (in a broad sense) for international companies that don’t have a Dutch HR department.
• Support with assisting seconded staff.
