Recruitment & Selection
I gained many years of experience with recruitment & selection in a variety of posts in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. These were posts in sales (Key Account Manager, District Manager, Sales Manager, Field Access Manager), in marketing (Project Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Manager) and in a medical context (Medical Science Liaison, Medical Affairs Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Drug Safety). My past experience also includes filling posts at the level of Business Unit Manager, Medical Director en Market Access Manager.
Intake and job profile
An assignment starts, of course, with an intake interview. A job profile serves as the basis for a good overall picture of the position to be filled. This is not complete, however, until it has been talked through what kind of person is sought for the vacancy. The nuances discussed with the HR Manager or direct supervisor complete this picture. The longer the cooperation continues, the easier it becomes for me to grasp which people would fit in well with the team and the organisation.
Relationship of trust
In the course of time, a basis for long-term cooperation has been laid with many clients. They give me a look behind the scenes and introduce me to staff who will be important for the new colleague to be appointed. The relationship to be built up is personal and based on mutual trust.
Personal approach
My contacts with clients and candidates is characterised by a personal approach. Many candidates I have known since they started in our sector. A bond is created by the many times of contact during their career: for sparring, discussing a job elsewhere, or because a candidate has now become a client.
